The SC breaker owes its name to a patented silver clip that removes for easy maintenance and lubrication to keep the breaker in peak condition. Also, because the SC series doesn’t have tie rods, you can overhaul the entire breaker in under three hours – a third the time it takes to rebuild any other breaker.
| For lubrication, use the multi-tool to release the silver clip and expose the grease zerc. To extract the tool and one-piece bushing, simply slide the clip forward and remove the retaining pin. You can also use the multi-tool to measure wear limits on the retaining pin and the bushing. |
